Job Title: Loan / Operations Officer Job Location: Accra, Greater Accra Job Description * Undertaking customer recruitment, marketing & presentations during information sessions * Making presentations on loan products in sales meetings in assigned communities * Meeting routinely to orient and prepare prospective applicants for initial loan application * Registering loan applicants & undertake loan assessment using MGI underwriting standards * Reviewing all documents provided by borrowers, check for accuracy & address discrepancies * Reviewing completed loan applications & submit loan orders for processing * Managing loan disbursements, repayment, default collections & related reporting requirements * Handling loan pipeline management for branch & management reporting (Snapshot Reporting) * Familiarizing and compling with all MGI Investments’ policies & attend meetings as necessary * Meeting with supervisors on regular basis to review sales & marketing plan and results * Educating and training customers via sales presentations & during orientations * Undertaking special projects as assigned by branch manager and/or General Manager Qualification and Requirements * A Bachelor degree, (BA or BS) a fully accredited four-year college or university; Or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a fully accredited Polytechnic * With at least 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience * All applicants must have finished their national service * We prefer applicants with related industry experience but no experience in loan origination and/or processing is required * We are looking for enthusiastic attitudes, self-motivators, well organized individuals, team players as well as individuals with stronger customer services skills & superior sales abilities to join our success Visit jobberman.gh/job/44433/loan-operations-officer-in-greater-accra-region/ to apply jbgh.me/7X58v7 Share with friends!
