We are looking to recruit a Regional Manager to cover 4 Air Support units within the South West Region. The purpose of your role is to ensure the appropriate levels of ground support, resources and skilled personnel are made available to enable timely delivery of operational services to police forces as outlined within the collaboration agreement to meet identified performance standards. As Regional Manager you will have direct management of 4 Base Managers and through them of around 34 Tactical Flight Officers.
