Latest TESTIMONY! So...I had to attend a birthday party of a friend last night. Very nice and I have not been out (at a public event) in quite some time. As I see people we meet n greet then here goes the did you loose weight question! The answer is I guess I have... then they say Yes you have! I can see it in your neck, face and shoulders and your stomach has gone down! In my Frenchie Payne-Hunter voice REALLY! Happy dance!! As we proceed to eat dinner I say....Please only give me half a spoon. Then I get the look like oh... you are not eating up everything like the rest of the folks in here I give the return look... you got that right as I switch my behind down the line. I didnt have a desire to eat all of the food and was ok with my samples and gave the rest to my husband (he runs 5 miles day, he will run it off). Thank you again JJ SMITH!! I am making this a lifestyle. Woot!! Woot!!
