Latest update in Melanie. Not much of a change from this weekend. Still on respirator. Tried removing for a while but her breathing became rapid. Feeding tube was ran to build up strength hand nutrition for surgical procedure. Consulted another vascular surgeon so she now had two vascular surgeons working on her. Possibly the leg can be removed Wednesday or Thursday but have yet to hear from the Doctor. Another procedure will be performed at the same time to remove remaining acidosis from the stomach. She has been moved from her bed to her chair twice today. Still is coherent. Phil has been with her all day.
