Laughing Matters. You may not laugh but you surely will widen your eyes, tilt your head, and say Hmmm, that Poe sure tucks his sharp wit neatly inside the very folds of genius. Heres a list of what to many may seem like funny, poignant, sarcastic, sucker punching Poe tales. Even Poe realized some may not have been his best work but the way in which the stories are designed and presented is Poe at his funniest; sometimes darkly funny, sometimes just tongue in cheek.
