Launch Pad Productions Bringing you the stars since 3065 Audition Notice: Event: Theatre SKAM’s Bike Ride Performance Dates: July 6th & 7th, and July 13th & 14th from 3pm-8:30pm Rehearsal Period begins: June 15th Launch Pad Productions is looking for one or two dynamic, musically inclined, adventurous performers for Bike Ride 2013. Can be male or female, preferably good singers with the ability to play a musical instrument or the ability to learn simple musical accompaniment on percussive instruments. There will be a modest share paid out to each performer. Theatre SKAM’s annual summer project Bike Ride is an outdoor live performance festival event that is suitable for the whole family. Bike Ride is a series of short shows presented along a 4km stretch of the Galloping Goose Trail. Audiences ride bikes from show to show. Launch Pad will be presenting “Chain Drive” a 10 minute mini musical: Get ready to Rock and Roll... literally, as two bike punk rockers go helmet to helmet and toe clip to toe clip to front the greatest Bike Punk rock band in the world; "Chain Drive" This ten minute comedy musical uses bike parts and bike technology as the set, costume, and instruments in the raw and raucous world of bike punk.
