DATE: 07/27/13 TIME: 4:52am OFFICER: Caswell NATURE OF INCIDENT: Prowler call ARRESTED: Ryan D Cox age 36 from Vincennes DETAILS: Officers responded to a a residence on Nicholas in reference to a male attempting to force entry into the residence. Upon arrival officers located Mr. Cox hiding behind the residence. He was placed under arrest for Residential entry and public intoxication. He was transported to the Hospital for medical clearance for his high level of Intoxication and then transported to the Knox Co jail and booked in on the above charges
