Lawrence Jose Sinclair > Christian • 2 months ago △ ▽ − JESUS DID PROPHESY, INCORRECTLY: Before this generation passes, the sun will go dark and the stars fall from the sky -- SO, thats pretty clearly another These are END TIMES rant, and another wrong one.. not sure why these ppl desparately cling to this apocalyptic vision of life, but its not correct, the earth has been here 2-3 billion years, and has had life for a couple of hundred million, and for it all to end b/c some YHWH cult says Jehovah turned MOses staff into a serpent as proof of his existence and suddenly its the end times sounds sillier than a comic book from Marvel or DC.. this is ONE angry freakin god if you ask me, but rather than FEAR this idiotic mythology, I laugh at it and their silly idea of a humanoid god with all our faults - what is he, an apprentice world builder who made this one without authorization, thats why its so messed up in every direction?? (for starters, why do men have nipples?? LOL.. why do we spend 97% of our food calories just keeping our body heat up near 100? with all the corresponding excrement.. YUCK - this is FAR from either intelligent or loving, the biggest laugh of all.. I have a prophecy for you: The US will fight war after war, like England did (250 in 200 years), and each time they do, and each time the year ends in ZERO, all the christians will incorrectly predict the end times are here, and many will give up their homes and drop out of society (yippee!!).. of course, everyone knows this, thats how prophecy works.. and if you throw enough darts, some will hit the target.. (a stopped clock is right twice a day!) Many a things like these take their place in the minds of many created beings who by a reason of most often unknown choose to disbelieve in the God who created. Sometimes they make cook a joke of God and garnish him so much so that he becomes unreal even with the conviction that may be going on within them. They try to find rational explanation to explain why their irrationalities that arent there. They are only right with one argument; God is mostly real when faith comes to the play. If it takes a faith to believe in God then it takes an assumption to know that God does not exist then David is very right....it is only a fool who says in His heart there is no God. The miracles may be stories, the healing may be an imagination, the prophecies may be mysteries but our existence is real and it needs a vivid explanation. Nothing but faith in God can really explain this to the fullest.
