LeAD Labs (leadlabs.org ) is offering a limited time leader development opportunity at Claremont Graduate University, CA. The first step in developing your leadership is to gain an accurate view of your current leadership skills and areas in need of improvement. To achieve this goal, we are offering a reduced cost (only $299, down from $500) behavioral assessment referred to as the Claremont Leadership Assessment Center. This approximately 4 hour behavioral simulation will be held on August 26th from 1-5pm at the Claremont Graduate University campus (160 E. Tenth Street Claremont, CA 91711). In addition to the assessment center and feedback report, participating leaders will have a one-on-one coaching session with a LeAD certified coach to debrief the feedback and initiate their leader development plan.
