LeBERGE & CURTIS, INC. Donate to the ST. Law. Co. Fire Training Facility, Inc.’s fund raising efforts Dale W. Gardner – Co-Chairman for the Fund Raising on the left, accepts a check from Ron Curtis of LeBERGE & CURTIS, INC. of Canton on the right for $1,000. This generous donation is to assist the Fire Training Facility to reach their goal of over $460,000 to construct a new “Live Fire Burn Simulator” at the George E. Briggs Training Center in West Potsdam, NY. The final phase – Phase III – will begin on or about July 1st when the steel arrives for the 3-story tower and 2 story residential portion of the project. We are currently working on additional bids to install basic electric lighting and 2’ of crusher run around 40’ of all sides of the simulator. Todays fire fighting equipment need’s a very secure and stable base to operate from. Especially the aerial units from Massena FD, Brahser-Winthrop FD, Star Lake FD, Gouverneur FD, Potsdam FD, Ogdensburg FD and Canton FD.
