Lead Business Systems Analyst I ( salesforce): Details: Leads the business analysis effort to capture and clarify project requirements and business processes in alignment with corporate goals. The Lead Business Systems Analyst I identifies and formulates scope, objectives based on user needs and business requirements. Delivers documentation, and validates the delivery of business requirements used by the technical team to provide the functionality which meets the business needs and provides the best user experience. This position can translate business needs into proper system and data mapping requirements. Additionally, the Lead Business Systems Analyst I will work with CRM Platform Manager to develop plans/schedules/deliverables to meet overall project release schedules. This position possesses full technical knowledge of system analysis and considers business implications of the application technology to the current and future business environment globally in the Ecolab CRM solution. Ability to solve complex business problems at Tier II & III level within the CRM platform Main Responsibilities: Work in a leadership role with business and IT teams in the design, development and deployment of strategic solutions in alignment with Ecolab business objectives . Develop an understanding of existing business and system processes and apply skills to build or enhance systems. Includes but is not limited to: ¨ Works with Project Managers to understand the business goals and objectives, as well as the project scope, to ensure all project requirements are in alignment with these. ¨ Functions as CRM Project Lead to drive the day-to-day technical development/delivery of key initiatives. ¨ Translating business objectives and requirements into proper system requirements and system deliverables, identifying options with cost/benefit analysis and providing recommendations. ¨ Documenting business processes and identifying improvements for additional efficiency and functionality. ¨ Facilitating requirements gathering sessions. ¨ Coordinating knowledge sharing sessions with the development, test, and training teams throughout project design and development stages. ¨ Partnering with technical team to assist with design decisions and estimates for project tasks and change requests. ¨ Working with onsite and offsite global stakeholders and team members to coordinate tasks and reach consensus and approvals on functional and system requirements. ¨ Identifying and escalating issues and risks immediately to minimize impact to the overall project schedule. ¨ Identifying, understanding, documenting and performing a walk-through of business requirements using user stories or use cases, storyboards and other project deliverables in alignment with project delivery framework or methodology. ¨ Understanding the impact of business change and serving as a change agent for business process changes. ¨ Ensuring the traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. ¨ Participate in the definition of acceptance criteria and quality metrics. ¨ Coordinating user acceptance testing sessions. ¨ Coordinating post-project reviews with team members and business stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: ¨ Bachelor&s degree ¨ Certified SalesForce Administrator ¨ 3+ developing and configuration in Salesforce ¨ 6+ years& experience working with technical teams and serving as a translator between business and technical jargon ¨ Experience in 2 or more full lifecycle SalesForce implementations involving complex global data integrations with other systems ¨ 3+ years experience supporting and developing solutions for a company with a large field sales or service team Preferred Qualifications: ¨ BA or PM certification. ¨ 3+ years Salesforce Configurator ¨ 3+ years Salesforce Developer ¨ 3+ years& experience developing use cases or writing user stories ¨ 3+ years& experience with a formal project management methodology or framework (e.g., ADM, Agile or Scrum) dlvr.it/6J845h
