Leader and Leadership: As we know the characteristics of true leadership may differ from age to age, from country to country, but one trait remains constant. Every leader should above all else, have one aim, and that is welfare of his people. Soldier or statesman, a leader serves, rather than being served. He must be willing to take risks and pay the consequences. Will there be another Mahatma Ghandhi, another Abraham Lincoln, another Martin Luther King, another Nelson Mandela and last but no least another Bongo Bandhu Sheik Mujib ??? Yes, condition often create a leader; the conditions are ripe, but we are still waiting and optimist. We general people are ready to uphold our flag, soil and willing to dedicate our lives for any oppression and depression at any time and at any cost. thanks
