#Leadership Elitist Groups Members of Elitist groups consider anyone not of their kind to be beneth them, and will often have nothing to do with so called, ordinary people. Such Groups have nothing to do with friendship, although their members may profess great friendship toward one another.The purpose of the elite group is not the pursuit of the common good or of comon interests. The purpose is self aggrandizement. Another form of elitism is the pursuit of power friends. We all know the name dropping friend who has made a career out of aquiring certain kind of friends. By Being associated with celebrities, with those who are wealthy, influential, and/or powerful people, these people gain a certain sense of potency and and identity. By the way Barack Obama and Donald Trump told me to say this..... Sarcasm Intended.
