Leadership and Conflict A conflict is inevitable natural occurrence; it is a part of our experience demonstrating that we all have our respective ideas ! The greatest problem of our time is that people only see themselves. And they act from this background. They don`t show any empathy or understanding how others might feel under their actions. Egoism and having only the own success in mind is the greatest annihilator of trust. Worst case is when people justify the own false behavior with the words: (Here comes a name) ...does the same! Justifying our false behavior with other people`s false behavior does not free us from solving our own problems and changing our life. Conflicts are indeed inevitable, however egoism and false excuses are avoidable.
