Leading Medical laboratories provide medical laboratory services through KSA is seeking for its branch in Khobar, the following position Lab Director Job Description: 1) Plans, manages and coordinates activities of staff engaged in performing all medical laboratory activity. 2) Monitors the performance and quality of the work in the laboratory. 3) Supervises the implementation of the standards policies and procedures. 4) Maintains medical laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards. 5) Maintains medical laboratory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Job Requirement: 1) PhD or Master’s Degree in medical laboratories. 2) Excellent in the English Language /communications skill. 3) PhD with one year experience, Three years experience for Master degree in a senior-level medical laboratory position. 4) Knowledge in ISO/ CAP/ JCI Systems.
