League of Denial on PBS last night..... Discovered how my county got so lucky to score such a brilliant and renowned medical examiner, Dr Bennett Omalu-- the man who performed Destanee Littles autopsy and who testified at her murder trial..... Dr Omalu was the scientist who first discovered actual physical evidence of repeated MTBI (concussions) after examining the brain tissue of several deceased Steelers, and in bringing those findings forward, he took on the full force and blowback of the NFL. :( His factbased discoveries prompted the NFL to new lows to hide and discredit his findings..... Dr Omalu, my family is forever grateful for your expertise. Someday the lives your findings will save and protect will be equally grateful.
