Learn how to create a colorful native landscape during a free program at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Ormond Beach Regional Library, 30 S. Beach St. Vivian Bowden, a master gardener with the University of Florida/Volusia County Extension, will explain how to collect seeds and plant and grow wildflowers, her specialty.
