Learn the facts before you judge and say something incredibly rude. Several people have told me Oh youre so lucky you lose weight so easy I need to get that so I can be as tiny as you I do not wish this upon anyone. Imagine going out to eat with family and friends and not being able to eat, imagine being so thirsty but you cant chug a nice cold water, imagine being so nauseous that you bring a puke bucket everywhere you go. Gastropersis isnt something you want. The pain, bloating, nausea, diarrhea and vomiting are not fun. So please stop saying you want this to simply lose weight. I fight daily to try and not lose any more weight. Malnutrition makes you tired, weak, hairloss, dry skin, muscle atrophy (your heart is a muscle), bone density loss and vitamin deficiencies including potassium which is life threatening. Being 100% tube dependent and having to bring a feeding pump, bags and formula everywhere you go gets annoying fast.
