Learned a new term at PT yesterday. Running the goat trails. Thats where you go to the dome, do some exercises on the floor (some flutter kicks or push-ups or whatever) them head for a corner of the stands. Run all the way to the top, cut across one row, run all the way to the bottom, cut across another row, rinse and repeat until you reach the far lower corner. Do a different exercise for a bit. Then head back up to the goat trails. Three repetitions of that = over 900 steps each way. Im walking like a duck today. Ow.
