Pricing should be just right so that many people afford your product. People definitely think its okay to buy grass from the lady, proves this point. Make it too expensive and people will cut and bring grass as food on their own. 5. Delegation of your responsibility is possible easily if you have right system in place. She could have fed her cows at home and gone off to work. She give people opportunity to do her responsibility by growing food, and taking food as well as cows to the location.
