They used their company to borrow lots of money before going bankrupt, dump those cash to offshore life insurance policy for asset protections, then go bankrupt while having the peace of mind that their assets are protected offshore. Eventually, I believed financial institutions/banks in China will suffer, hence it will spread to the rest of the world.
