Leg Day fun!! Lets face it, leg training is hard work! You can make it much more enjoyable by choosing exercises that you enjoy doing! Todays workout looked like this: -5 mins on the bike to warmup -100 meters body weight lunges warmup -BB Squats, 5 sets of 10-20 reps -Seated leg curl 5 sets of 8-15 reps -DB lunges, 5 sets, ~40 steps -Lying leg curls, 4 sets 10-15 reps -DB stiff leg deadlifts, 3 sets 10 reps -Circuit of kettle bell jumping squats, jumping lunges, and jumping squats, 3 times through! No matter what your goals are in the weight room, solid leg training should be a part of it. Even if your goal is a bigger chest and arms, you need to be doing legs. Working out your legs consistently releases an enormous amount of natural growth hormones that will allow you to build more muscle and burn more fat all over your body! #health #fitfam #fitspo #fitness #bodybuilding #legs #gym
