Leg day yesterday! increased to 110kg squats for 4 sets of 10, then leg curl drop sets, then extention and leg press drop sets, then walking lunges....finished off with 4 sets of 15 goblet squats with 40kg (light for me) to flush the muscles. Was a great session!!
