Legal English classes resume this week on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 19:00 at 9 Alek Manukyan, Room 406. This week at Legal English class, we will deal with the issue of circumstantial evidence. It will be your responsibility to either prosecute or defend a man charged with Grand Theft and Residential Burglary. Class will begin promptly at 19:00. We will begin with a short lecture on circumstantial evidence, after which, you will have 30 minutes to prepare your openings, direct examinations, cross-examinations, and closing statements. At 19:45, we will commence with trial with witnesses. To maximize your experience, please review the materials and prepare BOTH sides PRIOR to class. We look forward to seeing you show our visiting witnesses what you have learned during the past few months. See you at class!
