Legal Manager – PT MedcoPapua Industri Lestari Legal Manager – PT MedcoPapua Industri Lestari Company Overview MEDCO CELLULOSE, Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Pengelolaan Hutan Tanaman Industri dan Industri Energi Terbarukan, sedang melakukan ekspansi membutuhkan tenaga muda mandiri, mempunyai etos kerja yang baik dan bersedia ditempatkan di Site Merauke Papua, untuk posisi : Legal Manager Job Description This position is responsible for handling Legal functions covering all companies under Medco Cellulose group Main Responsibilities : Able to provide support and assistance related to legal matters Knowledge of organizational polices in legal affairs, especially in services business law and contract matters Good understanding in all relevant law and regulations, especially in forestry & pulp industry is more preferable Able to handling corporate legal issues which related with new capital investment, incoming new investor, litigation, making resolutions etc. Able to cooperate with third party lawyer to review agreement such as: loan agreement, subscription agreement, commercial agreement, etc and to handle official documents Manage legal correspondence and legal documentation filling Develop internal guidelines, toolkits, and packaged knowledge on various legal and business issues when necessary Draft, review and negotiate commercial documents such as commercial contracts, corporate finance related documents, subscription / investment documents Requirements : Minimum S1 Law from reputable University Having experience minimum 5 years experience in the corporate firm, with an emphasis in corporate law Trustworthy and respect confidentiality Analytical problem solving, good interpersonal & communication skill Able to work as a team and also self starter Strong analytical skill, high attention to detail Good computer skill Familiarity with corporate finance transactions and company / listing requirements Excellent command of written and spoken English with good communication The post Legal Manager – PT MedcoPapua Industri Lestari appeared first on Lowongan ID Jakarta.
