Leicester Photography Club We are a friendly group of amateur photographers that meet on Thursdays every fortnight from 7pm-10pm at THE NEW VENUE 153 Scudamore Road Leicester LE3 1UQ There is off street parking at the venue. There is a Joining fee of £10. Then its only £3.00 when you come to any club nights Tea & coffee provided free, plus you get to mix with like minded photographers. The Club prides itself on practical Shoots. There will also be planned location trips on various days which will attract a nominal cost (transport & admission if applicable) This Club is about photographers getting together and group learning. We help each other out with camera settings etc., this we find will help to maximize your understanding & ours (we don’t proclaim to know everything) The group comprises of members of mixed ability. Varied interests including ;Landscapes-Portraits, Night photography, Wildlife, Macro, Still Life, Street Photography, Photoshop Techniques, the list goes on ! (It’s a members interest generated approach) We are not brand or camera type specific, Members use compact cameras to the most advanced DSLR kits. We have learnt a lot over the last year as a group. Moving forward with a new Admin and support team, 2014 for us and hopefully you is about taking our photography skills to the next level.
