Lesson 2: The Origins of Secret Societies Review In lesson 2, we learned about the origins of secret societies. We looked into both history and the bible. We were able to discover that secret societies date way back 4000+ years BC. We can trace them in the book of Kings. Going through the pages of history, we learned that from Albert Pike that Gnosticism was an offshoot of Kabalism, an oral occult tradition, which was adhered to by a minority of the Jews whereas Kabalism offers an occult counter explanations to the revelation of the Jewish prophets and the history of the Israelites. The Kabalah depicts Moses as an occult figure whos purpose is to initiate the Israelites back into the more enlightened and advanced teachings of Egypt (Egyptology). Weve also established the fact that Gnosticism is salvation through knowledge whereas Christianity is salvation through Christ who is our Lord and saviour. The early years of Christianity in the 3rd century, Constantine converted into Christianity in order to blend paganism into Christianity for the sake infiltrating the church with mystical religions practiced by Egyptians. I therefore encourage you to look into what weve learned and start questioning things around you. Look into historical books. Read your bible and learn from your saviour.
