Lessons from Shri Krishna- For all ! 1) Stay Focussed- Have a clear goal. 2) Identify Talent - He built an effective Team in Mahabharata by assigning the role based upon each ones strength and talent 3) Look ahead- He could see ahead and prepare everyone for the future 4) Study Competition: He read the strength and weaknesses of the opponents and competition and could, therefore, prepare the small Team of Pandavas for victory 5) Inspire- Whenever there was gloom in the Pandavas camp, He would inspire and motivate them and show them light at the end of the tunnel 6) Transform- The mind of Arjuna who, even as the Key warrior, wanted to backtrack from the war! 7) Management by Objectives: He would lay clear goals and objectives before each one 8) Enabler & Facilitator: He Himself did not fight, yet enabled each one, and facilitated and guided like a Mentor 9) Patient Delivery: He would be calm and patient, even when others used foul language and instigate. And yet, when the time comes, He would punish like only He could 10) Respect for Competition and Opponents: Would sincerely appreciate Karna and others for their strength and talent! 11) Ethics & Compliances: Would follow every law, norm and tradition. As a dependable friend, he helped his friend Sudama to overcome his penury and helped Draupadi, the wife of Pandavas, who had immense faith in him. 22: Ocean of knowledge: Lord Krishna is regarded as Solah Kala Sampoorna” and “Poorna Purushottam”. He gave lessons to Narada in the art of playing the Vina. His flute thrilled the hearts of the Gopis and made all the cows gather at one place. 23) Philosophy of Karma : Lord Krishna stressed on the importance of Dharma (Righteousness) and good Karma (Deeds) 24) Always a Student : The most spectacular aspect of his personality is his role as a student.
