Let Me tell you One hell scary moment Im Paint Around kitchen window very tight place to paint hand one foot on Ladder one in sink painting lost my balance my whole body slammed on kitchen floor I couldnt get up or moved almost passed out back side couldnt move at all I was scared felt like hitting cement oh my god help me up no one home couldnt even get to the phone scary has hell tell you ask god please help me waited awhile finally I got up head falling of my shoulders took pain pill two them for my head funny part my left rib hurts not. My back hard to bend over to get something Let tell yea shanking in my shoes I was scared . I thought this it Im Done
