Let me be clear, I am not in favor of cops killing young people. That being said there are a couple of problems with this video: if self preservation is your goal why the car chase, this is what set the tone of this encounter. If you did not do anything, pull over. After the cops stopped him he should have both hands in the air. I cannot see his right hand, as far as the cops can tell, he could have a weapon in his right hand. He only put up both hands after being shot, thats too late. He did not need to die here but there is blame on both sides and if there is doubt, history shows us that the system is going to side with the cops.
