Let me borrow Vin Leo Donkor Sr. words. ...This is a long one....lol! Funny hearing Chelsea fans boasting and making noise about giving us a thumping today at Old Trafford as if we jux going to lie down on the pitch so they have a free field day. I like their bullish vim aniwae, cuz itspices the game up perfectly....lol! They should not forget such games least dwells on current form and the clubs exploits in the league or whatsoever. But I want to refer them to the 2005/2006 season when we played them at OT and at the time we were struggling to hit the strides in a similar fashion like we going thru this season.I remember clearly before the game with them, we played Middlesborough the week before at the Riverside stadium and was heavily beaten(4-1) by the Teesiders. The next fixture was a midweek champo league game with Lille at the Stade De France, a game we again lost by a goal courtesy Acimovic close range effort. The aftermath of these two lost games prompted our then skipper Roy Keane to make those infamous comments on MUTV where he said players like Fletcher, Wes Brown and Richardson do not deserve to play for United. This in turn moved Ferguson to expel him from the club the same day he made those comments and his subsequent transfer to Celtic FC.Let me say, as a matter fact, this is the bane of Roy Keanes beef with United and Fergie. Fast Forward,Chelsea was the next club on the fixture, a club in rich vein of form, depth and tenacity much more than how they are now.A club which has gone 40 games on beaten and looks likely to break Arsenals invincible side(49 game unbeaten) record. A game many pundits and including myself believed we had no chance but we won by a lone goal, courtesy Darren Fletchers looping header. This win Kickstarted our season and placed us on path of more laurels till Fergie left. I want to tell all the blue fans, sit back and chill.we will serve you guyz with the same pill we did 9 years ago! NB: Man Utd: Van der Sar, OShea, Ferdinand, Brown, Silvestre, Fletcher, Smith, Scholes, Rooney, van Nistelrooy (Park 82), Ronaldo. Chelsea: Cech, Paulo Ferreira, Gallas, Terry, Del Horno (Carlton Cole 78), Essien (Gudjohnsen 55), Makelele, Lampard, Joe Cole (Wright-Phillips 74), Drogba, Duff. Goals: Fletcher 31st minute. Referee: Graham Poll. Att: 67,864. #ObsessedWithTheGame
