Let me say this and Im done with this Ferguson discussion, and yall can delete me afterwards I dont care. Yes, Im a Law Enforcement Officer for the State of Oklahoma, but most of all Im a reasonable thinking human being. I have no bias in this case whatsoever. A young black man was shot and killed by a white officer. Several people claimed he was shot in the back while running away from the officer. Three different medical examiners came to the same conclusion after conducting an autopsy. The autopsy revealed he was shot in the front at close range. One shot was on his thumb, which also revealed gunshot residue on said hand. There was blood on the gun and the officers pants and shirt, meaning his hand was around the weapon. An eyewitness testified before the Jury that there was a struggle between the drivers side window; to which M. Brown was reaching through. The so called eye witnesses that saw Michael Brown being shot while on his knees later said these were events that they heard and did not witness themselves. There were no other eye witnesses. How do you expect a D.A. to charge a Police Officer in this case with no evidence? Someone explain this to me with evidence, not how you feel, nor based on your opinion. Maybe Im wrong, but please help me understand
