Let me share this wth you guys.. A few years back we had Djs that understood the music but did not have the skill to go wth it..Yes they wud play and crowds would go away happy not until kenyan Djs started coming in2 Uganda thus making our Djs look stupid.. This opened up many peoples minds and guys stopped just lookin for a dj that can play a gr8 song in2 another gr8 song, They started looking for the full package.. A dj that is skillful and also rocks the crowd. Djs did not say Kick Kenyan Djs out they worked on their skill..some of us even wen ahead and went to Nairobi to learn one or two things and wen we returned, we shared wth the other Djs around us and now u can see the fruits. A huge number if Djs in Uganda are now skilled and now its come down to how huge a brand someone is. Where am I going with this, Artists shud see this whole Naijja, Jamaica, SA invention as a positive thing and use it to your advantage.. Dont just look at Uganda, Lets look at taking over Africa..!!
