Let me tell you something. Fitness doesnt have to be about lifting weights or running on that treadmill or taking that boot camp class. Dont get fooled. Those are GREAT tools but what fitness is truly about is putting quality fuel (food) into your body and MOVING. Thats right, I said MOVING! Thats the key. If you cant afford a gym membership because youre barely affording your bills as it is, simply get MOVING. Yes, it may take you longer to get to your goals but youll get there. The human body was designed to MOVE. Its actually very good at it. Its also good at being efficient. If you eat more calories than you burn off, your body will store those calories in case it needs them later when you decide to MOVE. Using a Personal Trainer like myself is a more efficient process of reaching your goals but were not cheap to hire. We know our craft and we know it very well. We know how to push the body to its limits and beyond. We can help you improve your strength, flexibility, conditioning, rehab injuries and many other things. What it comes down to is this, were good at getting you to MOVE in ways that you may not know how to do or may not want to do. Fitness is so many things but mainly, its getting your body to MOVE! By the way, I have a ton of respect for the people who do pole fitness. Its not skanky or disrespectful of the female body. Its pure energy and hard work. They are some of the strongest athletes out there. Now enjoy the video and go learn to MOVE.
