Let me tell you what is SO COOL about this journey I am on with the oils. Not only am I getting to see lives being impacted DAILY and hope being restored...I am TOTALLY connecting back up with people I have done life with throughout the years. Connecting with people I went to jr. high and high school with, connecting with people who I went to church with growing up, those I met in ministry school, those students we taught at Kingwood when Jer and I worked at the school, connecting with those students who were in Jer and my small group when we worked with youth, people I worked with when Jer and I first got married, those I worked with as a nurse, patients I had while working as a nurse, the list just goes on and on. OH, and all the crazy awesome scrapbookers. Relationships, that is what this is all about. You know, when I first GOT MY KIT of oils and saw it was a network marketing set up, WELL, I first was like DANG IT, why does it have to be this set up, then when I saw I could JUST USE the oils and not have to do the biz end, I was like OK, Ill get the kit. Along the way I fell into the biz end, and I fell in love with network marketing. Oh, hold up, dont get me wrong. I DESPISE they tactics of, HEY, YOU CAN GET RICH QUICK. or HEY, DO YOU WANT TO LIVE YOUR DREAMS AND ONLY WORK TWO HOURS A DAY, or HEY, HAVENT YOU ALWAYS WANTED THIS VACATION HOME, or HEY, YOU CAN MAKE X AMOUNT OF MONEY IF YOU DROP $1000, HURRY, WRITE ME A CHECK....Ugh, you get the picture...right? Nope, I fell in love with FIRST a product. A product that changed my familys lives. A product that allowed my family to not have to run to OTC and prescription meds 24/7. A product that I saw DAILY do the same for my friends and other family members. Quickly a team began to form and that team became a bigger team, and then bigger team, and it wasnt long before that team became a family. Now, not only are you hearing stories from your local family and friends, but you are flying across country and hearing a story of a family who is dealing with Leukemia, and it is giving their family hope, you hear about the soldier coming back from war and he is able to control his anxiety, these are now not just a NUMBER in your organization, they are a PERSON, A STORY, A LIFE CHANGED. For me, this journey is THAT....a love for a product and a love for people. We are a family. We are world changers. We are. I tell the team VERY OFTEN. YOU ARE WORLD CHANGERS, HOLD YOUR HEAD HIGH. Alright, long post over. I just woke up this morning and HAD to count my blessings. I love you all!
