Let me thank many of you, such as Charles McKinney, who called and inboxed me with words of concern. On that note, let me say several things: 1) Im not falling to pieces...my previous post was more out of concern for others than myself; 2) I also know that it takes longer for me to deal with things that may effect me, because Im often busy and helping others with their stuff; 3) Im concerned for my fellow Pastors. Many of you think you know, but unless youve pastored, you REALLY dont. Several of my pastoral Facebook friends are in deep grief right now. Im praying for all of them; 4) for those of you who sit in judgment about a perceived lack of faith, an inability to trust in God, and...my favorite...be strong...know this--grieving is natural, and God is the original manufacturer of our tear apparatus, given to us to be used as a relief valve in times of sorrow. My brothers and sisters, when no one else understands, God does. Go ahead and grieve, and then take care of yourself...and let those with backward opinions stay constipated. Selah
