Let the people close to you know about your health and nutrition goals—having them aware will help you achieve them! Six tips on how to successfully set and achieve your goals: 1. Set a goal for yourself. WRITE IT DOWN. It doesnt necessarily have to do with weight loss, its completely up to you. An example: my first fitness goal was to be able to run a 5k with a 10:30 m/m pace (totally crushed that by the way :) 2. Write, underneath your goal list, your target. Your target and goal should be different. For example my Target was to run 3 times a week and not miss any scheduled workouts. 3. Put it on your calendar. Schedule your workouts. If you dont plan a time for yourself, someone or something else will take up that time. 4. Get to it. Once you’ve got your routine or plan written down you are almost done. Now all you have to do is stick to the plan which is much easier said than done. To keep yourself motivated picture yourself reaching your goal, how will you look, will you be happy?, confident? 5. Post on here daily and rate your food and exercise on a scale of 1-5. We will help by cheering you on and holding you accountable when you slip. Share your goals and target with us too! 6. Remember to also eat healthy so you will have the energy to stick to your fitness routine. A good place to start, is to open your program package, review the materials, and take the Fit Test (if applicable).
