Let us go down memory lane to the time when men were boys, when girls plait puff puff, when kito sandals was the favourite, those days when we line up in front of the school and march to our various classes singing O my home, when shall I see my home? We remember those days when we play Suwe, name name name, police and thief, Wow! It seems like yesterday when we use to watch our beautiful girls play ten ten, skip with long ropes while young boys were busy playing table soccer with bottle cover as the players and milk tin as the goal keepers. Those days when we played with rubber and keep it inside kerosene for it to enlarge. My memory reminds me of those days when we used walnut to challenge each other and lick our baba dudu with pleasure. Flying kite was fun and riding tyre was lovely. Cant forget those days when NTA use to be the only station on TV and you probably would have to wait till 4pm before you watch beautiful cartoons like danger man, dodo, birdman, voltron, Superted, and lovely programs like super force, sledge hammer, rent a ghost, Dr. Who, tales by moon light and other interesting programs. Do kids of this generation play as much as we did then? Which generation of children do you think played better? The generation of nowadays or the generation of those days.
