Lets Stop The Violence Its understood that Protesters are sick and tired of marching and want real changes, but shooting the police is never the answer. Just like all black people are not the same, all police officers are the same. Police officers have love ones waiting for them at home, just like you. Stop the madness this isnt about the colors black vs blue but its about saving lives and working together for real changes. Do you remember the days when a police officer was someone you could talk to and trust. The problems in the many communities is there’s no trust or respect between the police department and the people they protect. To stop the violence we have to restore the trust and respect on both sides. The first step to restoring the trust is Body Cameras. If a picture is worth a thousand words then a video is priceless. Body Cameras record everything, the good, the bad and the ugly. Everyone knows there are 3 sides to every story? My side, Your side, and the Camera Side. Its a known fact that everyone plays nice when they know they are being recorded. So body cameras would means a more respectful and nicer public and public servant. Body cameras are being used in California and the problems and civilian complaints there have drop.Cops with Cameras President Obama, Police Initiative calls for Body Cameras for all Police Officers. Unfortunately this initiative is not getting the attention and support it needs. We need to make Cop with Camera the law, to do this we need the attention and support of all the lawmakers. The only way we (the people) can get this attention, is through economic sanctions. Money is power and the people who control it; have the power. If we(the people), hold onto our money for 2 weeks, we would get more than their attention, we(the people) would get their respect.Police Initiative Participate in The Black February Initiative, it’s the opposite of Black Friday because there’s No Shopping Feb 1 -14 The mission of the Black February Initiative (#BFI) is Body Cameras for All Police Officers and an Independent Investigations on fatal shooting. Cops with Cameras is not the only solution but it will build trust and respect and that a step in the right direction. Lets stop the violence and save lives.
