Lets Talk about Money, Money, Money! Matthew 25:14-18 Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them. 15 To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag,each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. 16 The man who had received five bags of gold went at once and put his money to work and gained five bags more. 17 So also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more. 18 But the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money. As you continue to read this parable the master returns and blesses each servant as he has earned and invested the money given. The servant that did not earn anything was called wicked and thrown out into the darkness. When I think of this verse in terms of finances, I take a look at our so called church today and think to myself. There are hundreds of millions and even billions of dollars that flow through the churchs collectively on a monthly basis worldwide. The most amazing part is its not even earned, ITS GIVEN! Even if you combine all the churchs nationally, what can we say is actually being done with it? As a church I dont see any shopping malls, real estate holdings, franchises, money earning interest or jobs provided at all. With as much money that flows through the church, a person would own half the world by now. There is more money that flows through the churchs collectively than any business on the face of the earth. Why are people relying on government when the churchs have the money right there to help everyone? Why are there homeless people, theres more than enough money to take care of them. Why are there veterans sleeping on the streets that have fought for your freedom? Why is there crime in the streets, when the church has enough money to maintain the streets? There is no excuse! Its greed and piss, poor money management! Of course everybodys got an excuse why their pastor doesnt fit this bill and why there church isnt this church. Where are the individuals that can be HONEST and say this is my church and collectively the churchs are doing a terrible job? Its amazing how people want honesty but when its time to, they dont want to give honesty. People of the world can see clear as day how the preachers of today are literally running through your money like its a casino. Yet like sheep you still walk around believing a lie, like theres food in the store house. WAKE UP, ITS NOT THERE, IT DOESNT EXIST! It should be there though. Or the SEED, TIME and HARVEST false teaching that will forever have you broke. You ever notice you never see rich people fall into this teaching................and you never will! YOURE JUST TOO BROKE TO REALIZE IT! Its only meant to exploit you and your family. Always remember, the hired hand cares nothing about you. BUT IT DOES CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY! John 10:12-14 12 The hired hand is not the shepherd and does not own the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away.
