Lets embrace stress! This sounds not attractive at all, but hear me out first. It has been shown that changing the way you think about stress can make you healthier. When you change your mindset about stress you can change your bodys physical response to stress. Counselling at Vita Vitalis uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as the main treatment approach - Changing the way you think, can change the way you feel.
