Lets kick it off with the basic principles to burning fat 24/7! Firstly no need to count calories. 2ndly, eliminate processed sugars and processed (mostly packaged) foods. Read all food labels especially on health bars and glutton free food for hidden sugars and GMO soy, corn and wheat (deadly) Next, eat only good carbs and good fats.
