Lets see if I can remember everything. Got to class early and did a 2k row. W/U - 4 rounds of 20 air squats / 20 KB swings. Then a couple minutes each of band pulls, PVC pass throughs and 5# arm raises (side and front). Strength - 8 min OMEM of 3 73# clean and push jerk with a goal of doing one on every 20 second mark. I have split jerked more but that might be a push jerk PR. WOD #1 - 8 min OMEM. Evens - 5 155# DL. Odds - 10 ring dips. 2 min rest. WOD #2 - 6 min OMEM. Evens - :45 of singles. Odds - 12 HRPU. Class ran over so no time for extra credit (shuttle sprints). This class was much more about pace than doing as much as you could as fast as you could. I really liked this format!
