Lets see what Texas does. Eric Holder announced this morning that Texas many not pass or implement new voting laws there unless they go through him. Government has no right in the Constitution to trample on the way states run their elections. The post Civil War civil rights laws and amendments to the Constitution have been used by the federal government to destroy states rights, the privilege of voting and the rule of law. Of course the Hussein administrations stands against a valid ID for voting. Not even POTUS has an ID!
