Lets seeeee, jump rope, 100 body squats, 50split squats, 20 kettle bell squats, 20 step ups, 1 minute of high knees, 25 burpees, three rounds of pads, shit ton of abs, 4x5-8 barbell squats at 375, 3x12 hammer strength front squats, dumbbell walking lunges, and lastly 3x 16 of a superset with leg extension leg curls and calf raises!! So in other two days from now!! Cause second days always the worst. My butt legs are gonna feel like shit.....
