Lets take a different approach, let say political leaders cant receive a pay check unless we have a balanced budget, then lets pass a law that if state and federal government doesnt keep our roads, and bridges maintained then a general election will be held to replace them, and they will never be able to run for political office again, or hold any kind of government job. You would see a lot of buddy deals, and frivolous spending start to go away quickly. Make a corruption oversight group that is run by a outside organization, comprised of private investigators, and law enforcement officials. Then anyone found stealing money, or not taking care of the American peoples tax dollars a mandatory 25 year prison sentence. We will be able to watch the crooked politicians drop like flies
