Lets take this with a pinch of salt. This person probably told us the end of the story leaving out the beginning and the middle. Is he telling us that Lasu has not issued out certificates in the last four years? Others have been issued certificates, so why is his own and his group different? I recall the Lasu Director of information addressing the public on the consequences of students refusal to register on the college portal. He and his group may fall into this category. How do you struggle to get admission, refuse to register for your courses to avoid paying school fees then study to write exams. It will be a futile effort as the system will not recognize you. The university will have to bypass the portal system to solve your problem which would be a Herculean task.
