Lets talk LEGS & LUNGES !!! Do you do them correctly , struggle with form ?? If helps please SHARE SHARE Tips : never let front knee lead over the toe . Keep back straight and not rounded thru the movement and back heel lifted. To get most out of lunges is to change it up . Show here is regular and bowler ( curtsy ) lunge just to target diff areas . Also shown is compound movements which I ❤️ because who doesnt want to burn more calories . With compound movements you are working two muscle groups together and what better than the legs . The legs are your POWEHOUSE CALORIE BURNER so dont forget them.
