Lets talk about 2014 and what it meant for SFD. A year ago, we sat down as a band and decided that 2014 HAD to be a pivotal year. Since the release of our Debut Album in August of 2012, SFD had accomplished some wonderful things like completing US tours with All That Remains, HELLYEAH, In This Moment, Nonpoint, Hurt and Ill Nino among other accolades. There was no doubt that we had something special but it needed to be established on a greater national level. More importantly, SFD needed to develop ourselves to the fullest or should we say, WEIRDEST! We can positively say that after the 3 tours we have done with the likes of Hed PE, Soil, Smile Empty Soul and Powerman5000, the remixing and video release of our song Wasted with the incredible Eddie Wohl, performing at our first Festival (Dirtfest), winning the chance to perform on a cruise with Korn (even though it got cancelled), quadrupling our Evil Seed base and album sales, then coming home and AS A BAND IN THE SAME ROOM, writing a second record that we could only have dreamed of, to that record being produced by the genius Dave fortman, the unbelievable Mikey Doling and the engineer magician Jeremy Parker, that not only did we do what we set out to, we have well surpassed our initial goal. There isnt a release date yet but sometime in 2015, SFD will release our new album and it is a monster (a monster that is a direct result of all the work put in by everyone involved in our camp, every Evil Seed we have met and the bands desire to be the best. Be patient our friends, Its almost Time To Get Weird. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
