Lets talk about... trees. I was once a devastatingly efficient lumberjack, clearing acres of rainforest each month. From lush jungles to evergreen woodlands, no tree was safe from my swinging axe. Sometimes Id chop down a towering pine first thing in the morning just for the fun of it. Those were fine times, but for various reasons, I shouted my last Timberrrrrr exactly three years and two weeks ago. The reason I know that is because I fell that final fir on the night of the big southwest blackout. A useful date, when I want remember how much time has passed. Breathing in all that sawdust can make an old lumberjacks memory a little hazy. When I walked out of the woods for the last time, I never looked back. Today, though, for the first time in three years, I had the sudden urge to put on my red & black plaid flannel shirt, grab my axe and my chainsaw and head on up to Alaska! Never seen a lovelier lady lumberjack
